Migration to Service Desk and "Service Now"

Wellsville CSD has now moved to a shared services, WNYRIC Supported model called Service Desk.
The Service Desk is open Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. 
If you are experiencing technology problems, you have four options for help.
  1. Call (716) 821-7171 (or dial just 7171 on your classroom/office phone)
  2. Click on this link to log a ticket using Service Now (use your Wellsville network username & password)
  3. Once logged onto Service Now, you can start a chat by clicking on the Blue "?" (Can we help you?)
