Community Use of Facilities Requests

  • Instruction to access and use the online Community Use of Facilities request:

    The first step is to sign up for access to the online Community Use System is to click the link below.  Choose “Log in to Request Facility Use” in the upper right.  Where it says “Don’t have an account?” click on “Create One”.

    Once you have submitted your request to access the system, the District approver will receive an email to review your request.  Once approved you will receive an email back that access has been granted and for what organizations you have been granted access to do building request for.  If you organization is not currently in the online Community Use of Facilities system, it will be added.  Someone from the Wellsville CSD District Office may be in touch if further information is necessary.
